Products and product information

We sell kitchenware and related household products. Read each product description, dimensions, materials and care instructions before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Any natural variation described on a product page forms part of that product's description; this does not excuse a fault or a product that is not as described.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any payment for unfulfilled goods. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Prices

The product price and currency are displayed on the website and at checkout. The checkout shows the total payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you place your order. Standard UK shipping is free. If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to offer the correct price or cancellation and a refund; we will not change an agreed price silently.

Delivery and risk

We deliver within the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 7 calendar days from ordering, including processing and transit. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Goods remain at our risk until you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently arranged by you.

Cancellations, returns and faults

For online purchases, you can normally tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery and have a further 14 days to return the goods. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Using this website and our products

Do not misuse the site, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other users. Use products for their described purpose and follow supplied safety and care instructions, including any stated heat, dishwasher or food-contact limitations. Website content may be protected by intellectual property rights; please obtain permission before reproducing it for commercial use.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Products are supplied for personal domestic use unless we expressly agree otherwise.

If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home courts that apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Changes do not remove rights you already have.
