Where do you deliver?
We deliver to United Kingdom addresses. We do not currently offer international delivery.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery is 7 calendar days from ordering, including processing and transit. Read our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Tell us within 14 days after the day your goods arrive if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send them back. You pay return postage for a change of mind. Read the full Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions, condition requirements and refund timing.
What if something is damaged or incorrect?
Email abdulautomates7@gmail.com with your order details. We will help arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Your statutory rights are not limited by the change-of-mind return period.
Can I change or cancel an order before dispatch?
Contact us as soon as possible. Address or item changes depend on the stage of processing. Your cancellation rights remain available even if dispatch can no longer be stopped.
Are products dishwasher, microwave or oven safe?
Check the individual product description and supplied care instructions. Do not assume a product is suitable for a particular appliance unless this is stated.
