We offer free standard delivery throughout the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 7 calendar days from placing your order. This estimate includes order processing and transit.
Delivery locations and charges
Our delivery service is for United Kingdom addresses. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Your delivery
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and email address at checkout. We will send your order confirmation by email. Where the delivery service provides tracking, the dispatch confirmation will include tracking information.
Delays or missing parcels
The 7-day delivery time is an estimate. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you. If your order has not arrived within the expected period, email abdulautomates7@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights if an order is late or does not arrive are unaffected.
Address changes and damaged deliveries
Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address; a change may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and, where practical, a photograph. Photographs are helpful but are not a condition of your statutory rights.
